It has a front garden and an adjacent lot at the back with a big garden right outside the first floor of the house. Located on the first floor is the sala, dining kitchen, a maid's room, and a bed room with toilet and bath with shower heater.
The master bedroom with toilet and bath with shower heater is located on the second floor together with 2 bedrooms with big beds, one having a toilet and bath with water heater. There is also a living room and terrace on the 2nd floor.
